The origins of the Carreras Group date back to 1933, moment in which the Carreras family buy their first truck, a second hand Beldford of 3 tons that marks the birth of the current Transport Division.

Soon the company starts its expansion process on a national level and from the headquarters located in Saragossa (Zaragoza) begins opening offices in the main Spanish provincial capitals.

Barcelona was the starting point of a big project which was followed by the opening of offices in Valencia, Bilbao, Madrid, Algeciras, Santander, Gijón, La Coruña, Ciudad Real, Seville and Valladolid.

In 1989, and as a direct response to the customers' demands, who needed increasingly complex and elaborated logistics solutions, a new division is born: Carreras Almacenaje y Distribución S.A. Ever since, the growth of this new division has been spectacular and up to now 11 regulatory warehouses and 5 logistic platforms have been opened, totally covering the whole of the Iberian Peninsula.

Over 75 years have passed since our foundation: 75 years of history, experience and service, and we can’t help feeling proud of the long path behind, a path that could not have been possible without our customers’ confidence. We are grateful to our customers and we express it everyday doing the only thing we know: giving the best service in the most efficient way at the most competitive cost.
