Under this name, the Carreras Group implements a set of applications that incorporates all knowledge and experience accumulated during more than 75 years’ experience.

The initial version starts in 1998, covering its whole European network.

	Follow-up and traceability of schedules, temperatures for refrigerated loads, localization, etc, in real time for customers and collaborators.

	Integration processes: shipment alerts, invoicing processes, orders to the suppliers, PDF files through multiple protocols, SMS messages, etc.

	Event management: “à la carte” system according to each customer’s needs.

	Management of unexpected events: absolute control of unexpected events by any of the parts involved in the different processes.

	Customer relationship management: own designed integrated CRM.
