Carreras Grupo Logístico is part of the MOVES III Programme, an initiative framed in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. This program aims to encourage efficient and sustainable mobility, promoting the purchase of electric vehicles and the deployment of charging infrastructure for these vehicles.
With its participation in this program, Carreras Grupo Logístico reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and innovation in the logistics sector, actively contributing to the reduction of emissions and care for the environment.
Carreras has recently achieved its third Lean & Green star, which certifies that the logistics operator has reduced its emissions by more than 35% compared to its base year in 2016. In turn, the company’s Portuguese delegation has just won the Lean & Green Award, another step for Carreras on its path towards sustainable logistics and transport.
