For the executive, today, the first need of any supply chain is the adoption of advanced technologies, especially in terms <strong>of information and data mainstreaming<\/strong>. &#8220;Without technology, logistics operators are left behind,&#8221; he says. Given the difficulties that affect daily logistics operations, from the lack of drivers to the different regulatory frameworks and the challenges in terms of cybersecurity and digitalisation, &#8220;<strong>we must bet on the use of autonomous solutions, to improve safety and efficiency, and incorporate artificial intelligence (AI), to optimise routes, predict maintenance and improve planning<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The other great opportunity lies in specialization<\/strong>. To this end, it is essential &#8220;the creation of new circular economy sectors, with flows of new goods and energies&#8221;. At the same time, &#8220;it is time to take advantage of the current framework of business concentration and take more steps towards internationalisation&#8221;.
