In this edition, the student Hugo Perales has been selected as a scholarship recipient by Carreras. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Hugo is now starting his professional career in the company’s Continuous Improvement department, where he will work on the optimization of processes to reduce time and costs, one of the key areas within the group’s operational strategy.<\/p>\n
“At first I was not very convinced to sign up for Talento Arag\u00f3n Joven, but as soon as we did the first phase I realised how powerful the programme is”<\/p>\n
“I have studied Mechanical Engineering and my goal with this scholarship is to learn, since it is a branch that I had not touched in the career and generates a lot of curiosity”<\/p>\n

Within the framework of Talento Arag\u00f3n Joven, Carreras is looking for profiles that fit with its corporate culture. “We are looking for proactive, responsible people with communication skills and who know how to work in a team. These are fundamental attitudes for us,” the company highlights.<\/p>\n
In line with its business strategy, participation in this programme also has a strong sustainability component. The scholarship recipient in this edition will collaborate in key projects and initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of logistics activity, one of the great challenges of the sector.<\/p>\n
In addition to sponsoring and welcoming talent, Carreras has maintained an active participation in the different activities linked to Talento Arag\u00f3n Joven, contributing to the rapprochement between companies and young professionals. This involvement reinforces the objective of the programme: to promote talent, knowledge and attitude as pillars of the future of Aragon.<\/p>\n
Alicia F\u00e9lez, Industrial Logistics Operations technician at Carreras, and scholarship holder of the previous edition, shared her experience during the day of knowledge of the different participating companies.<\/p>\n

The closing ceremony of this tenth edition brought together finalists, companies and organization in the Crown Hall of the Pignatelli building, where the scholarship recipients were announced.<\/p>\n
