In particular, your data is processed for the execution of the contract or the presentation of the contracted service, for the fulfillment of the legally established obligations and to inform you of our services and activities.
For the sake of maximum transparency in the processing of your personal data, we inform you that you may also exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and portability of the personal data we have, as well as oppose to its processing, in the terms provided by law, by sending a communication to CARRERAS GRUPO LOGÍSTICO, S.A. as responsible for the file, at the address indicated above.
Personal data will be retained for the time in which the services are to be provided and those set by law for compliance with legal obligations. Also to prove that the contract has been duly executed by the parties, unless you exercise your rights of control, in which case it will be the circumstances of such exercise.
