The evolution of Expresspallet over the years
In 1989, the logistics division of Carreras was born – storage, handling and distribution – which today covers the entire peninsula and islands, as well as Portugal and France. Subsequently, in 2006, in response to market needs, Carreras created a new business unit specialising in the express transport of palletised goods, Expresspallet. The division has developed a notable evolution since 2006, when it had a turnover of 85,000 euros, to a turnover forecast in 2026 of more than 100 million euros. The first initial pallet has become more than 10,000 pallets a day, which is what it moves today.
One of the secrets of this growth, without a doubt, in addition to commercial success, has been to be able to synergistically use all the capabilities of Carreras, both its network of warehouses and capillary distribution and its transport capabilities and its own fleet, as well as its applications and systems, to offer the market services that are as flexible as they are robust.

It stands out for its operational flexibility, offering the possibility of transporting from 1 to 33 pallets, through capillary distribution, groupage or direct shipments, and in three temperatures: ambient, controlled (From 12 to 18 °C) and refrigerated (From 1 to 6 °C), with national and international coverage.
